Is there a setup fee?
No. Billing setup is included in your first month on any plan. Office Startup is a separate, optional $497 service for brand new companies or offices that are far behind.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel. Your tracker and files live in your own accounts, so they stay with you.
What does QuickBooks cost on top of my plan?
QuickBooks and QuickBooks Payroll are paid by you directly to Intuit, at their current prices. You only need QuickBooks Payroll if you want us to run payroll. We never require any other software.
What if I go over my invoice or change order limit?
Extra invoices are $15 each and extra change orders are $25 each. If it happens every month, we will suggest the plan that fits better.
